RefCoach is operated by David Resch (sole trader), referred to in these terms as "we", "us", or "RefCoach". By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service.
RefCoach is an AI-assisted platform for handball referee evaluation — uploading match clips, scoring referees against custom templates, generating AI feedback, and sharing reports. The service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice; do not rely on the platform as the sole input to official federation evaluations.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for keeping your contact information accurate, and for all activity on your account. One person, one account — don't share logins.
You retain all rights to videos, evaluations, and notes you upload. By uploading you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and to people you share links with. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use. Don't upload videos showing minors without appropriate consent from guardians and any governing body.
AI-generated feedback is a coaching aid, not an authoritative judgement. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not suitable for regulated decisions without human review. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs, and for the decisions you make based on them. RefCoach is not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be limited.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
