If you're not satisfied with a RefCoach paid plan (Pro or Team), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all RefCoach purchases.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Refunds after the 30-day window are at our discretion. We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated refund-and-re-purchase cycles) or violation of our Terms.
